Do I need a Dry Riser?
Dry Risers are needed if your building will be higher than 18 metres but lower than 60 metres.
Depending on the area that will be covered, multiple dry risers maybe required.
During construction of the building, dry risers should be installed and made operational as soon as the building reaches 11 metres in height.
